THE CTF SOFT SKILLS CURRICULUM IS DONE!
Although there is still some fine tuning in terms of
formatting I wanted to get this content into everyone’s hands prior to the
start of the semester. Access the content on the Blue Room under People
Services, Youth Services then select Curriculum from the left hand column.
The folder is titled CTF
2.0 Soft Skills Curriculum. The document titled CTF Soft Skills ToC is the Table of Contents with all the learning
targets listed for the following 7 categories:
·
Communication
·
Conflict Resolution
·
Teambuilding
·
Emotional Intelligence
·
Positive and Professional Attitudes
·
Stress Management
·
Values and Ethics
·
Strengths/Weaknesses and Skill Development
The table of contents references page numbers on an
assessment document, just ignore that these page numbers were for CTF members to reference during the editing process. Eventually we will have an individual
table of contents with hyperlinks built into each section.
Each of the
categories is saved as a PDF with the lessons in sequential order and all
support material (worksheets etc.) for each lesson immediately following.
Please give a hug, a high five, and a shout out to your
CTF team for completing this content during the fall 2015 semester! I think I speak for everyone when I say that this was no easy task, but worth the effort. :)
